What is heating oil and what types do you sell?+
Heating oil is the fuel used by domestic oil boilers in off-grid UK homes. We supply three grades: standard Kerosene (28-second) for most boilers, Premium Heating Oil with combustion-improving additives, and AGA Heating Oil formulated for AGA cookers.
What is the minimum order for heating oil?+
500 litres, in increments of 50. The vast majority of UK domestic tanks hold 1,000–1,500 litres.
How fast is heating oil delivery in the UK?+
Typical delivery is 3–5 working days from order, depending on your postcode zone. Highlands and Islands can take 5–10. We show your live ETA at quote stage and confirm by SMS.
Do you charge for heating oil delivery?+
Delivery is free on orders of 900L and above. Smaller drops carry a £19 contribution to the haulier's overhead.
What if my tank fills before you deliver everything I paid for?+
We refund the difference automatically — no phone call, no form. The driver records the actual litres dispensed; the refund hits your card within 3 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay online. We can also take payment over the phone if you'd rather speak to someone.
Can I choose the tanker size for my heating oil delivery?+
Yes — free of charge. Tell us in the delivery notes if you're on a single-track lane or need a small rigid; we'll match you to a haulier with the right kit.
